@abumicah They seem to be very lenient to their agents scamming people just to reach their monthly quota, I myself is a victim (but with different scenario) as well as my colleagues. They even have a disclaimer form that protects the agents from our claims. Simply put, they are tolerating these doings because they benefit from it.

Same thing happened to me and my co-workers last November 28 and 29,2017. These agents from ASB went to our workplace and offered us with a postpaid plan (300flexi mins and 1gb data) with handset (iphone 7plus) for 150aed per month for 18 months. They said it's a promo from du because of the upcoming National Day. They asked for 125aed activation fee and told us that we will receive the handset after 7 working days. They briefed us that we will receive 2 calls from du, first is the verification about the plan and the second one is about the phone. They gave us a yellow paper which I assumed is our receipt, then left. When I finally had time to check the paper it's a disclaimer, by that time I already suspected that it was a scam but I still waited for the du representative to call and I asked her about the plan if it's with a handset and she said that it's not within her department, that she's only in charged of the verification. I tried calling the agent numerous times but got no answer, when one of my colleagues called he said that the plan we got doesn't include the phone. What can you do to make this right? Because I know for a fact that the agents from this company are doing this for quite a long time already, coming from a du employee herself. They are very confident to do this and scam other people because they know they are protected with the disclaimer form.
