I did the *135*3# as the instructions but I didn't get any options. I only get the message "Thank you for using interactive...".
I read some discussions on this community about the same issue but no solution was provided to the public. Please can you activate it on my number from your end ? Also, how I can activate it the next time?

On march 8th i requested relocation for du internet.on 11th someone came from du and found out there is no fiber cable/cable in the apartment and they said it will be done soon.
no body contacted till yesterday evening .and yesterday got call from 04-3905555 saying we have to schedule your contection fixing on 14 th 2 pm.i told them cableing not yet done.more that 5 times i called customer care explain this.they always apologize and say someone will call you sir.
so to day i went from my duty to attend the schedule he simple said fiber cable is not there so i cant do it.
i do not understand why they cant rectify this issue from first place when previous agent came and inform that there is no cable.
second i called up inform the issue 3 times.still they cant understand.
from last 9 th i do not have internet.then there scheduling it on noon time i have to take half day break and attend them.
this is completely unexpectable and poor customer service for paid service(they charge for relocation)

I recently updated passport and it was accepted as mentionned by SMS and also in the app , but in app it wants right away new update as shown in the screenshot.
Also , call barring seems active, each time i try place a call it says that call barring is active on my prepaid ... Can it be solved ?
