To register for du Online Account:
2- Enter your Mobile Number or Account Number
3- If the information shown is correct, click continue.
4- You will receive a temporary username and password via email and SMS
5- Log in with your temporary username and password
6- Choose a personalized username and password on your first login
7- You have registered successfully! You can now browse & use your Online Account
To re-register your documents:
1- Select the Settings -> ID Registration option
2- Click on ‘update registration’
3- Accept the Terms and Conditions
4- Enter the MSISDN to receive a PIN number to continue
5- Select the files to upload and click the Upload button
6- Once all files are uploaded, click the Submit button
The previous monthly *135*4# prepaid plans like the AED 25 plan are no longer available
