Currently, I'm using 2 Postpaid packages belongs to DU service. one is 150AED package and other one 300AED package.
I need to change my 300AED Package ownership to one of my best friend, He is working in UAE right now.Could you please tell me is it possible to change that ownership to my friend ?
change of the number’s ownership is done through any of our stores where both parties (Old & New Owner) have to be present with their valid Emirates IDs, the process costs AED 10.
please note that cancellation charges will apply in case of active contract due to change of ownership.

is it your first time to register or did you register before and you want to renew your registration?
If its your first time then you have to visit our shop, but if your are looking for renewal:
All you have to do is create an account on (my account) or login to it if you have an existing account and you can renew it from there.

1. If its your first time to do that you need to visit one of du shops as you can't update your documents online.
2. If its not your first time then you should submit the same updated documents that you submited before
Example: (if you submited your Emirates ID before you should do the same now (updated one) and the same thing goes on if its your passport copy).
