WRONGLY CHARGED FOR 3rd PARTY SERVICES

JUST NOW I WAS CHECKING ALL THE TOPICS...SO FOUND THAT SO MANY GUYS ARE SUFFERING AND CHARGED FOR 3rd PARTY SERVICE WHICH WE ARE NOT ACTIVATING.

SAME THING HAPPEND WITH ME....I DID NOT ACTIVATED ANY OF THE SERVICE BUT

DU IS SAYING THAT I ACTIVATED THE SERVICE AT 04:19....

TELL ME WHO WAKE UP EARLY MORNING 4O'CLOCK JUST TO ACTIVATE ANY STUPID SERVICE.

THEY SAID YOU ACTIVATED THE SERVICE ON 19th JULY.

MY BILL GENERATION DATE IS 17th....IT MEANS THEY CHARGED ME IN ADVANCE...HOW COME?

THEY SAID SERVICE ACTIVATED ON SAMSUNG HANDSET....

I NEVER USED/USING SAMSUNG HANDSET.

I HAD A TALK WITH THEM FOR 5-6 DAYS...AT LAST THEY RAISED A COMPLAINT FOR ME. AND YESTERDAY I GOT A CALL REGARDING THAT COMPLAINT BUT THE LADY WAS SO RUDE....HER RESPONSE WAS-----

 

because its 3rd party services. So, du is not entitled for refund. Hence, case is closed. Thank you.

 

And banged the phone on my phase.

 

Never expected this kind of behavior from customer care.

THANKS FOR THE CONCERN...BUT YESTERDAY AFTER MAKING THE COMPLAINT WITH TRA...DU TEAM HAS REFUNDED MY MONEY BACK. BUT STILL YOU HAVE GIVE A TRAINING TO YOUR BACK TEAM BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS.
