Tomorrow I am canceling my DU subscription and taking ETISALAT.
I wasted too much of my energy on this. This is not healthy.
Right now, I am feeling ripped off by DU. I will spend my money elsewhere.

My friend with Etisalat says its working fine.
I don't understand @AhmedM like why making our life so misearable just let us enjoy our games please.
Not only is the in-game chat still broken but I realised that players with DU internet seem to have a much higher ping than Etisalat users. In PUBG every game I (and all my friends with DU) have about 250-300 ping while the Etisalat friends have about 100 ping MAX. Why?......
I thought I was stuck with DU and couldnt change to Etisalat, but apparently if you do not have a TV PLAN with your provider and its only internet/land line then you can change. For example in JBR if you want Internet, Land Line and TV then you have to go with DU, but if you only want only Internet and Land line you can choose between DU and Etisalat.
Tomorrow I am going to Etisalat to see if this is correct. If it is then I'm switching.
We literally gave them a year to fix the issue. Not only did they not fix it it even got worse.
heheheh just change to Etisalat i change and am happy even i was having 100mb speed now 500mb same price and batter ping the issue hear with du they cover each other the tech team can't fix the issue because they don't know how to fix it and there is the manager supposed to handle the problem but he does not know how and head office does not know so its useless
so don't bother just go to Etisalat and believe me no one will answer you
