Cheating by DU authorised sales agents and Customer Care Executives

Dear Mr Sandeep Debnath,
 
Frankly i am sick that i am suffering a lot for purchasing DU number, i just want to get rid of wrong information and cheating by DU executives.
 
I don't know how many cheaters have been employed by DU Mobile, everybody is after Customer's money.
If you call on "155" you get different answer and if you write "customer care", they will tell you different story and will never address your query and promises by DU employee/Agent are mismatch vis-a-vis statements made on VOICE call and MAIL Also.
 
If you go thru below mails, you will find different different answers by Customer care (DO NOT CARE CUSTOMER) executive
