Monthly plan

Hi I have montly plan of 150 AED with 1 GB data and 300 flexible minutes. With the recent offer of 1+5GB I have signed the contract of 24 months. Representative told me I will receive a confirmation msg but is been more than 2 weeks I haven't received any confirmation and my plan is not yet upgraded.

Better to call 155, contact the call Centre agent to see your application processed or not. Usually it will be done in 24 to 48 hrs.
