Misguided by the sales person

Hi all.
I have been given wrong info abt the plan as 75 aed per month with 300 flexi min n 1+5 gb data monthly with a 4g sim card. Upon activation i jus found out from du that there is no such plans and i will be charged 150 per month. More over the sales guy have taken ard 125 as activation charges statlng i will be getting first two month free. He introduced as some ramadan promo.
Please some one guide me what to be done now. The sales person is not picking calls

Samething has just happened to me he didn't charge me anything ..! Instead of 150 plan he activated the 300 plan

Same thing happened to me also. Number of same feather birds are hear. It's a good Idea to make a community for the people who cheated by Du sales person Smiley Happy

It is cheetting mr I am also cheeted exactly same as so please complaint telcom regulatory ayhour
