I made an online order for IPhone 8 to be paid along with my existing plan for 24 months.

I received a call & mail from telesales@du.ae asking for my Emirates ID & Credit Card front side.

Later, I got call again asking for auto payment activation which I am fine with.

Also, they asked for advance deduction of AED 1000/- from my credit card which will be adjusted against future bills. 


So, I need to understand is it the standard process for DU ? I am worried that I may have got a fraud call & they have my Credit card details.


Please someone suggest ?

You don't need to worry as this is a standard procedure  Smiley Happy

The money will be adjusted against future bills
