I cannot connect to the internet using data package

Hi,

Good Day!

There is something wrong with my data connection. I am using 4G phone S7 to be precise and Ive been subscribed in your data package for more than 2 yrs now. Recently I have an issue, the moment I turned ON the data package it only shows the icon 4G but the internet connection is nothing. I've been browsing all the necessary points in Connection Settings but still no avail.

 

Please help, this is my mobile # 0528793331.
