I called your ''help'' line yesterday and told me to email du customer care and so i did, guess what, no reply at all! so i called again and they told me to wait for 48hrs! whats so ''Quick'' about that? Good thing I am patient enough to wait, i am almost reaching the 48 hour window you told me, so now what???
