De- activate 3rd Party subscriptions

Hi,

 

I get a text message everyday from 9059 with a link to a website and they are taking 1AED everyday.

 

I did not sign up for this content and they dont provide a unsubscribe message.

 

Please could you assist from your end and de-activate, i have tried to talk to someone in the call centre but cant get through.

Better to call call centre 155 and ask for what are the services activated without or without your knowledge. They would help you to list out all the services enabled in your number. Then after, you can request to cancel what ever services you dont need on your mobile.

to reach support agent:
call 155, and then press 1 and then press again 1 if the problem on the same number you are calling and then press zero and then wait for the agent.

Thank you, however the menu has changed. When I follow your instructions it says this is a invalid selection?

I can't seem to be able to get through to an advisor.

Just call and wait until they say press 1 from there another 1 and then zero. Do not just press up on u connected to 155

I had called them even yestrday.
