It is more than four days I am trying to reach du customer service but unfortunately I couldn't. This is more than two times my balance was stolen. I contacted du before couple months and informed the staff that I did not subscribe any service and will not subscribe any service in the future but unfortunately to say that my balance was robbed last week without subscribe any service and without using my balance because I did not use the service for a while please I ask you to refund my balance and don't allow any service to be subscribed with my account.
