Deactivation of 3rd party services

I want to deactivate all 3rd party subscribed services on prepaid plan. My balance is always getting low whenever i recharge without even using my balance. Please help me with this issue. My du number is 055 9457017.

Kindly note that the third party service ‘Entertainment Zone’ has been deactivated.
Please be aware from ads while browsing, or using mobile apps, or accepting the promotions received via SMS to avoid unwanted subscription.
