hi! For the last 3 months I am using this monthly bundle. but this morning I reload my sim to renew the bundle but its not coming so I decided to deactivate it first and subscribe again the bundle but I cannot subscribe anymore. why? can you please help me to subscribe it again?

To subscribe dial *135*3# & follow the instructions; balance needs to be in More Time wallet
You can check the remaining balance by sending an SMS with Bal to 1355
