Dear DU Team,

 

More that one week I couldn't relocate my home internet from my previous location to a new one!

 

Every day I hear the same fairy tale that your team cannot find the address of both buildings.

 

How it's possible that you couldn't find the address?
 
During connection, your team found it very easy and now you are lying to me!
 
I GAVE YOU:
 
1. Previous and current building full address;

2. Longitude and latitude of my previous and current building;

3.Makani number

 
Even I gave you a Google Maps location!
 
And you are telling me that still, you can't find it?
 
This attitude completely unacceptable. Now, because of your unprofessional staff, I'm facing such problems...
 
Seems that nobody cares about your customers...
