Can't talk to customer case representative

Hi,

 

I want to cancel my du wifi & landline services at home and I have ben trying to talk to customer care exeutive since past 2 days but I am not able to speak to anyone even after waiting for 45-60 mins each time! Please fix this and tell me how can I put the request of cancellation of my home fixed services.
